Returns and Exchanges

We offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit. If you'd like a refund to your original payment method, a $7 shipping and handling fee will apply.

Return Window and Condition
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns that don't meet this criteria may not be accepted. We are unable to process returns on Final Sale items.

Processing Time
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for our team to inspect and process your refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know right away and within 30 days of receiving your order.

Head to orders.asmblyactive.com and select the prompt for damaged items so we can take a look.

This applies to items that arrived damaged or have a manufacturing defect. Damage from normal wear and tear is not considered defective.

Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item, we're so sorry. Let us fix it.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale at checkout or on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have questions about sizing or fit, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order at support@asmblyactive.com.
