Suitable for all workouts from low impact to high intensity. I experienced minimal rolling at the top waistband (as I do in every workout brand), but no movement of the leg during these activities.

As much as I want to rep ASMBLY, I appreciate the logo being left off the exterior of this item so that it has a more polished look when worn outside the gym. Both edges of the pocket are even so the pocket is truly invisible when empty. Consider this my petition for more colors!

I thought the Velocity Energy Leggings would be my go-to but that quickly went out the window when I put these on. Unlike the Energy Leggings, the Lift Leggings offer hybrid waist technology, providing a seamless front and an almost folded, dual-layer in the back. This design makes for the comfort of seamless with the compression of a seamed waistline. Also hidden in the inside of these leggings is a bit of elastic along the booty seam making your assets look so good without any weird ruching.

Function is not lost on these leggings. They offer the same compression as the Energy Leggings and are sweat-wicking thanks to the Velocity fabric. I took these through the wringer with squat jumps, thrusters, and burpees (the ultimate test) and they were so comfortable and stayed in place — absolutely *no* adjusting.

I know there have been questions about length and these hit just above my ankle. I’m 5’6” - mostly thick legs with a short torso.

I love this t shirt. You can work out in it or wear it with jeans and sneakers and you’ll look super cute either way! The fabric is amazing. 10/10

Can't lie, after I get out of paying off my christmas spending; I will be buying more for me. I gave my sister a 1/4th of my leggings so I could replace with these.

These really are clouds. Stretchy, comfortable, soft, pockets, no front seam. What else could you need?

These shirts are slinky and soft and not clingy and not too big and basically lovely. I own them all.

Must have for anyone! This t shirt is amazing. Comfortable for day to day wear around the house or running errands. I don't wear while working out personally as I love it too much to want to wear it longer in day to day than just an hour.

I don't know what kind of magic is in these shirts, but they are AMAZING. Flowy, yet cooling. Soft and silky, yet practical. The green is gorgeous and I love the meaning behind the graphic.
